The Hacienda Room is also a fine space, with its open-beamed cathedral ceiling and decorative hearth--perfect for an intimate gathering. Alternatively, the Fireside Room is a quaint spot to host a reception with the glow of flickering candles.

Course Highlights

This 18-hole course is a great option for golfers looking to play an interesting course with many scenic holes and two lakes that come into play on seven of the nine holes. It is a good choice for beginners and experienced players alike.

Course Details

The course at Lakewood Country Club is a solid layout that is fun for all levels of golfers. The course is a little more difficult than it looks on the scorecard and is a great test of your short game.

It has an excellent practice facility with a large driving range, two practice putting greens and a pitching green. It also has a pro shop that sells golf equipment and apparel.

The course has a very challenging par 3 called the “mad beast of the front nine.” This hole, which is a little more than 227 yards long, requires the tee shot to be over water and then a very tight approach to a well guarded small green.
